I utilize CBT, (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and Solution Focused Therapy and other modalities to create forward momentum.
Together, we can find ways to investigate internal thoughts, feelings and emotions as well as examine external surroundings and situations.
I am EMDR trained and a Technology Addiction Specialist.

I specialize in child guidance work, including those with ADHD, sensory needs and adjustment challenges. I partner closely with parents and caregivers, offering coaching and practical strategies to support their child's emotional and behavioral needs—fostering confidence and harmony at home.
I have extensive experience working with adolescents, families impacted by divorce and have a specialty in grief counseling.
I support LGBTQ2SIA, gender affirming mental health therapy.
